About the Founder and President
- Douglas A. Saarel, Sr.
- President and Founder of Sky Ranch Seminars and The Montana Institute for Leadership Science, Doug has been a Senior Fellow at The Wharton Graduate School of Business' SEI Center for Advanced Studies in Management and former Chairman of the Board of Overseers of The Aspen Institute and a moderator of its executive programs for world leaders. For twenty-five years, Doug was an executive with Johnson & Johnson, the Cleveland Clinic, PepsiCo, Squibb, and a corporate senior vice-president of The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta. Presently he serves as a member of the National Advisory Council of Rocky Mountain College located in Billings, Montana.
